How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Grinding or sand blasting to clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend.
Clean it by cleaning agent and dry it by airing in the end.

2.Configure adhesive: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to A:B=2:1,when the temperature is too low,
can put the main agent and curing agent into the temperature of 50℃ to preheat,then stir it uniformly,
weigh it according to the given proportion,mix it and stir uniformly.

3.Using adhesive: Make the configured adhesive spread coating on the surface of adherend uniformly,gluing for double sides,
then fold it,knock it from the middle to all around for once with rubber hammer,avoid getting into the air in the middle,before
the adhesive doesn’t cure,be sure to compress the rubber and metal to be compacted.

4.Curing: Initial curing for 4 hours at the room temperature,and heat it up to the temperature of 80℃ and keep this temperature
for 3 hours,then do the last curing,can get the excellent adhesive property.

Packaging specification:
Two-component,12Kg/group,A component: 8Kg, B component: 4Kg,packed in a plastic drum.

Transportation storage:
This product is general chemicals,should pay attention to waterproof and fire prevention during transportation and storage,
save it in a cool and dry place,the storage period is 12 months.
